The testing should be done as soon as possible if you have unprotected sex (oral, genital, or rectal), have symptoms, or find out the partner has STD/STI.

Counseling for STD/STI is provided by an expert doctor who will discuss your options for testing, treatment, or prevention. Our office staff is very sensitive to your needs and concerns.

Testing and Treatment Informat

Testing for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Trichomoniasis, Ureaplasma, and Mycoplasma is done via urine or swab (vaginal, oral, rectal, or penile).

If the test involves a urine sample, do not urinate for one hour before testing.

Some STD/STI tests-such as HPV and Herpes- require a genital exam.

Testing for HIV, Syphilis, Herpes, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C is performed via blood tests.

We will provide the treatment for any positive test and explain how the partner can be treated.

We accept most health insurance plans. If you plan to use your health insurance, please have your card readyduring the visit.

If your health insurance does not cover our office visit, we will charge $90, and any lab work cost and treatment are always covered by any health insurance you have.

We offer a competitive payment option if you do not have health insurance.Payment is expected at the time of service.

We do provide same-day (in 30 min) results for chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, and HIV. All FDA approved.
